RoodMicrotec Announces Total Revenue for the

Deventer, April 12, 2021 RoodMicrotec NV, a leading independent provider of quality semiconductors and services, today released its first quarter 2022 business update. Total revenue for the quarter was $3.6 million. euros, or 5% less than the total revenue for the first quarter. of 2021. With this adjustment, total revenue for the first quarter of 2022 increased by 9% compared to the first quarter of 2021.

Additional capital investments are also thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are made to increase capacity or to add new functionality to the service portfolio.

Outlook

RoodMicrotec expects total revenue in 2022 to be between 15.0 and 15.6 million euros with a positive pre-tax result. The current worldwide situation with regards to wafer and package delivery times as well as shipping delays may impact the ability to realize the expected total revenue. The war in Ukraine could also have an impact on the activity, but in the short term, we do not see a significant impact. RoodMicrotec is closely monitoring the situation and doing everything possible to mitigate any impact.
